Union Law Minister Veerappa Moily on Thursday said the BJP owes an explanation to the country on terrorism. Referring to the stand of Madhya Pradesh government of not transferring the Sunil Joshi case to the agency, Mr. Moily said that National Investigative Agency (NIA) is the highest investigative agency for tackling terror issues and it should not be intimidated. Talking to reporters outside Parliament he said that the state governments should cooperate with the center in dealing with the terrorism.
