Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Kumar Vishwas has alleged that a BJP leader offered him the post of Delhi Chief Minister immediately after Lok Sabha elections. He said that he declined the offer and informed his party about it.

Reacting to Kumar's allegation, Delhi BJP chief, Satish Upadhyay said, it seems that AAP convenor, Arvind Kejriwal has written a new script for Kumar Vishwas to spread rumours in the public. He said that baseless allegations will not suffice and Kumar must reveal the name of the BJP leader and a recorded tape of the conversation to authenticate the allegation.
