BJP candidate for the Rajya Sabha poll in Jharkhand S S Ahluwalia today filed his nomination paper at Ranchi. Chief Minister Arjun Munda, State Party President Dr. Dineshananda Goswami and other senior BJP leaders accompanied Mr. Ahluwalia to the Vidhan Sabha.The opposition, on the other hand, has yet to arrive at an agreement on the name of common candidate. Jharkhand Vikas Morcha has asked its alliance partner Congress to put an agreeable candidate by this evening, in place of state Congress President Pradeep Balmuchu.
