BJP National Executive Meet: Union Govt's initiatives in J&K have brought smiles on faces of millions, says Party Prez Nadda

He said today big countries of the world are lauding Mr Modi's leadership during the COVID crisis.<br />''<br />''Mr Pradhan said, the BJP chief cited government measures like action against 1984 riot accused, and bringing langars outside GST in his speech at the National Executive Meet. <br />''<br />''Mr Nadda also said, the party has set targets to expand it further.<br />''<br />''Mr Pradhan said veteran BJP leaders LK Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi are attending the meet virtually.<br />'' <br />''He said all participants at the meeting were registered digitally and around 342 people are taking part in this meeting.<br />''<br />''Our correspondent reports, the Bharatiya Janata Party national executive meeting began this morning in New Delhi.  The meet is being attended by 342  executive members of the party, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and  BJP President J P Nadda. Party members are now deliberating on national issues and the Assembly elections scheduled to be held early next year.<br />''<br />''Several Union Ministers and many present and former Chief Ministers are attending the meeting.  <br />''<br />''In view of the COVID-19 protocols, the meeting is taking place in a hybrid manner in which some leaders  are participating  physically while others virtually.<br />'' <br />''This is the first physical National Executive Meeting of the BJP after the Covid-19 pandemic.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Addressing the media, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said issues such as recently held COP 26, India's foreign policy, COVID vaccination, steps taken for the public during the lockdown, and farmers' welfare were discussed during the National Executive. She said they also discussed how after the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, the DDC and BDC elections have shown how people are willing to come out to participate in democratic processes. </span><br />
