BJP MP Shatrughan Sinha today came out in support of arrested JNU student union leader Kanhaiya Kumar, facing the sedition charges. Contradicting his party's stand on the issue, the actor-turned-politician called for Kumar's release in a twitter message, adding that he has said nothing anti-national or against the Constitution. <br/><br/>Sinha also said, any accusations in the JNU controversy needed to be substantiated with hard facts. He noted, JNU is an institution of international repute, enviable record & history. It is going through a crisis for reasons best known to politicians, added Mr.Sinha.
