In Bihar, former Minister and BJP MLA Ramadhar Prasad Singh has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days. While hearing bail petition of Mr.Singh, the Aurangabad Court today rejected his bail petition. Before this, Ramadhar Prasad Singh surrendered before the court in connection with a non-bailable warrant which was issued against him on 31st May 1994 due to his non presence in the court. After that the court declared him absconder on 8th December 1995. Our Patna correspondent reports that Ramadhar Prasad Singh had to resign from the post of minister on 18th of this month.
