Union Minister and senior BJP leader Smriti Irani today slammed Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over the disruptions in both Houses of parliament. Briefing reporters in New Delhi, Mrs Irani alleged that Rahul Gandhi wants to ensure that a healthy productive debate and discussion in parliament does not take place. She said, he did not ask any question in the Parliament while he was the MP of Amethi and his attendance has been less than 40 per cent in Parliament.
