Maharashtra BJP leader Ashish Shelar has written to State Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray to approach the Ministry of Railways to allow students appearing for JEE and NEET exams in Mumbai to travel by suburban trains. <br />''<br />''In the letter, Shelar said that over three lakh students from the State are appearing for the exam, which begins tomorrow and a large number of them are from Mumbai Metropolitan Region. He therefore urged the State government to approach the Union Railway Ministry to allow students appearing for JEE and NEET exams with valid admit cards to travel on Mumbai's suburban trains. <br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">He further said that this will benefit over 50,000 students residing in Mumbai and its nearby areas to reach for the exams safely and on time.
