BJP has issued whip to all its members in the Rajya Sabha asking them to be present in the House for the next three days. This came amid the possibility that government may move the Goods and Services Tax, GST Bill in the Upper House tomorrow. The Bill has been listed in the agenda of this week for consideration and passage.
