The BJP has issued whip to its MPs asking them to be present in both the Houses for the remainder of the Winter Session of Parliament. The direction was given by Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu during BJP Parliamentary Party meeting this morning in New Delhi. <br/><br/>Later briefing media, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said flood situation in Chennai was also discussed. He said all BJP MPs will contribute ten thousand rupees each for the Chennai flood relief.<br/><br/>Mr Naqvi also hit out at Congress saying that the party is responsible for the logjam in the two houses. The Minister alleged, issues raised by the Congress are manufactured. <br/><br/>Mr Naqvi said, on 12 January the birthday of Swami Vivekananda, the government will launch several programmes to empower youth of the country.
