BJP has clarified that party president Amit Shah never said that people should leave politics after 60 years of age. In a statement, party said, Mr Shah's comments have been distorted and quoted out of context by the media. <br/><br/>BJP came out with the clarification after reports quoted Mr Shah as having stated at a function in Chitrakoot that leaders over 60 years of age must quit politics. The statement said, the BJP President never said like this in his address.
