Union Minister and BJP leader Meenakshi Lekhi today hit out at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal over the issue of alleged spending of 45 crore rupees in  the renovation of his official residence at Flagstaff Road in the national capital.<br />''<br />''Addressing media in New Delhi, Mrs Lekhi alleged that there is a scam in the renovation work as no tender was floated in this regard.
