The BJP today hit out at the Congress government in Rajasthan in connection with the alleged lynching of a dalit youth. Addressing media on the issue in New Delhi, BJP Spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia said that so far no arrest has been made in the case. He alleged that most of the heinous crimes are being committed in Rajasthan and added that neither the women are safe nor the dalits. Mr Bhatia said that  Narendra Modi led government at the Centre is working for the empowerment of the people belonging to the Scheduled Caste but in the Congress ruled States, such people are being oppressed.<br />''<br />''On Lakhimpur Kheri incident, Mr Bhatia said that BJP Chief J P Nadda has termed it as painful and said that those involved in the case will not be spared.  Mr Bhatia added that Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has also clarified that whosoever involved in the case is not above the law.<br />
