BJP today welcomed the Delhi High Court order asking Congress president Sonia Gandhi and her deputy Rahul to appear before a lower court in the National Herald case.<br/><br/>BJP spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain told reporters that this is what happens when you buy such a huge property for a pittance. Hussain also condemned the Assam Assembly Speaker's decision to suspend all BJP MLAs from the House for the entire Winter Session, alleging they were punished for raising the voice of people against rising crime and corruption.<br/><br/>In a blow to Congress chief Sonia Gandhi and vice president and son Rahul Gandhi, the court earlier today dismissed their pleas challenging summons issued to them in the National Herald case in which they have to appear before the trial court tomorrow.
