<span style="color: #222222;">The Bharatiya Janatha Party Government in Karnataka completes its first year in office today. It was on this day last year that B S Yediyurappa took oath of office as Chief Minister after the 14 month old JD(S)-Congress coalition Government fell following loss of majority in the Assembly on July 23 last year.  In the December 5 assembly by-elections, BJP had won 12 of the 15 seats and increased its strength in the Assembly from 105 to 117.  The House strength is 225.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Tomorrow the Chief Minister will digitally address the people on the achievements of his one year rule and will also release a booklet on the Government's achievements. He will hold a digital rally on August 1st to address his party cadre along with other leaders.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Deputy Chief Minister Dr. C N Ashwath Narayan has informed that a series of events will be held to mark one year rule. He said one crore saplings will be planted across the state from July 29 to 31st.</span><br />
