He said it has resulted in the death of a child in Bihar.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Minister said buses were targeted and medical stores forced to close, inconveniencing common people.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi termed the Bandh as an attempt to spread rumours and confusion among the masses.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Addressing a protest rally in New Delhi, Rahul Gandhi criticised the government over rising fuel prices. He said, rupee has never been weaker against the dollar in the last 70 years.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Trinamool Congress and BJD stayed away from the protest.&nbsp;</span><br />
