BJP today distanced itself from party MP Subramanian Swamy's remarks against Chief Economic Advisor Arvind Subramanian. <br/><br/>Replying to a media query in New Delhi today, party Secretary Shrikant Sharma said that BJP does not agree with Mr. Swamy's views on Arvind Subramanian and this is his personal opinion.<br/><br/>Earlier, the BJP MP had demanded to sack the Chief Economic Advisor alleging that he convinced Congress to have a rigid stand on GST Bill. <br/><br/>He also accused Arvind Subramanian and RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan of not being fully Indian. Later the RBI Chief announced that he will not seek a second term.
