BJP disapproves Karnataka Governor's statement on corruption issue

The BJP has strongly disapproved of the statement made by Karnataka governor H.R.Bharadwaj criticising the state government on corruption issue.<br/><br/>Briefing media persons in New Delhi today,the BJP Spokesperson Mr. Ravishankar Prasad alleged that the governor is over stepping his constitutional limits by doing so. <br/><br/>Calling Mr Bharadwaj a Congress loyalist, the party spokesperson said that a governor should refrain from intervening in the functioning of the popular government. <br/><br/>Mr. Prasad said the chief minister has already announced measures for checking corruption in the mining sector.
