BJP today demanded a thorough investigation into the alleged rape and murder of a 14 year old girl by a group of policemen in Lakhimpur district of Uttar Pradesh. Party Spokesman Prakash Javdekar accussed the Mayawati Government of shielding the accused and said that CB-CID is not the right agency to carry out the probe.
