BJP today demanded a statement from the Prime Minister on alleged CAG's concern over spectrum deal in which preliminary estimate loss of more than two lakh crore rupees to the exchequer. The party spokesperson Ms Nirmla Sitaraman told media in New Delhi that the government has allotted silently 70 Mhz to a private company out of 150 Mhz on mere one thousand crore rupees. Meanwhile CAG in a clarification today said that the audit findings have not been yet finalized and therefore the amount of loss to the exchequer can not be concluded.
