BJP has demanded a CBI inquiry into the killing of a journalist in Siwan district of Bihar. <br/><br/>Senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi told news agency PTI, that the needle of suspicion points to a jailed muscleman in the murder of journalist Rajdeo Ranjan. <br/><br/>BJP leader said, because of the influence of muscleman, Bihar police might not be able to do justice to the case. Hence, the matter should be handed over to the CBI.<br/><br/>Sushil Modi along with leader of opposition and state BJP chief visited the family of deceased journalist Rajdeo Ranjan, the district bureau chief of Hindi daily Hindustan, who was shot dead at Station Road under Town police station last night.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, police is interrogating Upendra Singh close aide of former MP and jailed RJD leader Mohammed Shahbuddin in connection with murder of journalist. <br/><br/>Siwan SP Saurabh Kumar Shah told AIR that police detained two persons including Upendra Singh today from Ziradei area in the district. Upendra Singh is also an accused in murder of local BJP leader in the district.
