BJP today demanded for an All-party meeting to discuss the latest situation in Kashmir. Briefing media persons in New Delhi, party spokesman, Prakash Javadekar blamed Pakistan for financing stone-pelting youths in the valley. <br/><br/>He alleged that the state government is providing rehabilitation packages to the stone-pelters in stead of taking tough action against them. Mr. Javadekar also blamed People's Democratic Party and National Conference for playing communal politics in the state.
