The BJP has demanded action against the BSP leader Naseemuddin Siddiqui for his derogatory remarks against Dayashankar Singh's family. BJP has already expelled Singh from the party for his comment against BSP Chief Mayawati .BJP spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi told reporters in New Delhi that his party took action against its former Uttar Pradesh Vice President and denounced his acts. He said, but on the contrary, BSP has done nothing against its leader who has launched a planned agitation against Singh and his family in Uttar Pradesh.
