A high level BJP delegation today met President Pratibha Devisingh Patil and submitted a memorandum to her. The delegation led by senior BJP leader L K Advani appriseed the President of the alleged unconstitutional conduct of Karnataka Governor H R Bhardwaj. Speaking to reporters, L K Advani said the delegation demanded the recall of the Governor from Karnataka.Among others Sushma Swaraj, Venkaih Naidu and Ananth Kumar alongwith other party MPs met the President. Yesterday, Karnataka chief minister Mr V S Yeddyurappa met senior BJP leaders L K Advani and Arun Jaitley to chalk out a strategy to deal with the situation arising out of the Governor's sanction to prosecute him for his alleged involvement in land scams.
