BJP delegation led by Advani meets PM

A BJP delegation led by senior party leader Mr. L. K.Advani today met the Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh and urged him not to take any step, which will weaken the integration of Jammu and Kashmir with the rest of the country. Speaking to reporters after meeting the Prime Minister, Mr. Advani accompanied by the leaders of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha Ms. Sushma Swaraj and Arun Jaiteley, said that BJP is not against giving more powers to the States but the situation in Kashmir has to be dealt with deftly by the UPA government. Mr. Advani said that the delegation also voiced its opposition to the proposed ordinance on Enemy Property Bill as it will land property worth thousands of crores in the hands of enemies.
