A BJP delegation met the Election Commission of India and filed a complaint against Congress for alleged violation of the Model Code of Conduct in Rajasthan Assembly Elections on Tuesday. The party delegation led by Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviy and senior party leader Ravi Shankar Prasad among others met the poll panel in New Delhi and raised the issue of publishing misleading and mischievous advertisements in certain newspapers.
