The party has demanded a fair investigation and trial in this matter.<br />''<br />''Addressing a press conference in New Delhi today, Party Spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia said, several houses were set on fire and people were brutally murdered. He said, 10 people have killed &nbsp;in this incident including children and women. He said, most of the crimes in Bengal are committed by those who have political patronage from the ruling Trinamool Congress. Alleging the deteriorating condition of law and order in West Bengal, Mr. Bhatia asked the Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee, who is responsible for this violence. He said, this is not the first time that law and order has collapsed in West Bengal. He said, violence erupted in West Bengal after the assembly election results in May last year also. Party MP Locket Chatterjee alleged that around 100 BJP workers were killed by the Trinamool Congress in the violence erupted after the assembly elections' result.</span><br />
