BJP today hit out at noted scientist P M Bhargava over his decision to return Padma Bhushan award to protest against the climate of intolerance in the country.<br/><br/>The party described him as a member of anti Narendra Modi group. Talking to AIR, party spokesperson G V L Narasimha Rao said Bhargava is a habitual protester and has strong prejudices against the Prime Minister, BJP and the RSS.<br/><br/>He alleged that the scientist was rewarded several key positions during Congress regimes.<br/><br/>Rao described his decision as politically motivated.
