BJP has criticised Bharat Rashtra Samithi and Aam Aadmi Party for boycotting President Droupadi Murmu's address to a joint sitting of both Houses of Parliament.<br />''<br />'' Talking to media in New Delhi on Tuesday, party spokesperson Ravi Shankar Prasad said, it was a very historic occasion for the country when the first tribal President was addressing both the Houses at the start of the Budget Session. He termed it as painful that on such an important occasion,  the two parties boycotted the President's speech.
