<span style="color: #222222;">The BJP has accused the Congress President Rahul Gandhi of not responding to allegations of corruption levelled against him in the AgustaWestland VVIP Chopper deal case. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Talking to media in New Delhi, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said, the allegations have been levelled against Mr Gandhi on the basis of documents available in the matter. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, when no reply is given to such serious allegations then the country is entitled to presume that no reply could have been given. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Jaitley said, the right to silence is available to an accused not to a Prime Ministerial aspirant.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Reacting to Arun Jaitley's statement, the Congress has said that the BJP led government is misusing the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and levelling baseless allegation against its party leaders in connection with Agusta Westland VVIP Chopper deal case. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Talking to reporters in New Delhi, party spokesman Randeep Surjewala said, the High Court at Milan in Italy also upheld the judgement of an Italian appeals court that no graft and wrongdoing was found in the case. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Surjewala said that the BJP is diverting the attention of the country from issues like unemployment.</span><br />''
