Congress today accused BJP of vitiating the atmosphere in Uttar Pradesh under the grab of migration of persons of a particular community from Kairana for polarization of votes ahead of the 2017 Assembly elections in the state. <br/><br/>Quoting reports of party's district units, party spokesman R P N Singh told media in New Delhi that there is no migration on religious basis. It was due to law and order situation.He said whenever Samajwadi Party comes into power in the State, the law and order situation deteriorates and this is known all over the country.
