<span style="color: #222222;">BJP has criticized the arrest of its Telangana Chief, Bandi Sanjay Kumar by Karimnagar Police yesterday for allegedly violating COVID-19 norms. Mr. Kumar was taken into police custody when he was staging a protest against the state government over the introduction of a zonal system in the allocation of jobs. Talking to the media, BJP National President, J P Nadda condemned the arrest terming the act as against democracy. He said the BJP leader was protesting in his office by following all COVID protocols but police manhandled and lathi-charged&nbsp;BJP leaders. Mr. Nadda alleged that KCR government is muzzling the democratic voice in the state. The BJP Chief said, his party will take all legal and democratic course against this act.</span><br />
