BJP has claimed that it will register historic victories in upcoming Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh assembly elections. <br/><br/>Replying to a media query on Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi's visit to Gujarat, party leader Piyush Goyal said the people of state have made up their mind to form a BJP government. <br/><br/>He hit out at Mr. Gandhi saying he should give the accounts why country lacked development in the last 70 years. <br/><br/>On violence in Banaras Hindu University, Mr. Goyal expressed concern over the incident and said the UP government will do necessary to bring normalcy.
