BJP today claimed that the party leader Narendra Modi did not violate the model code of conduct while talking to media after casting his vote in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Briefing reporters in New Delhi, party spokesperson Meenakshi Lekhi said it was not an organized press conference. She said, the BJP will abide by the decision of the Election Commission in this regard.
