BJP today came down heavily on Bihar government over alleged deteriorating law and order situation in the state saying the reported missing of important files related to fodder scam show how the ruling people are misusing power to shield their misdeeds. <br/><br/>Talking to reporters in New Delhi, party leader and Union Minister Rajiv Pratap Rudy alleged that ever since JD(U)- RJD combine came into power, the incidents of murder, robbery and extortion have increased in the state. <br/><br/>He added, the state government is patronizing the ruling party supporters who are involved in criminal activities. Citing several incidents, Mr. Rudy said, the situation in the state is getting worse day by day which is a matter of great concern. <br/><br/>Some important files related to the fodder scam have reportedly gone missing from the Bihar animal and fisheries department office in Patna. RJD President Lalu Prasad is an accused in the scam which happened in 1990 when he was the Chief Minister of Bihar.
