BJP asks its Lok Sabha MPs to be in constituencies on April 24

BJP has asked its Lok Sabha MPs to be in their constituencies on 14th of this month when Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a meeting in Jharkhand on the last day of NDA government's Gram Uday se Bharat Uday Abhiyan. Party's Secretary Shrikant Sharma said the Rajya Sabha MPs will be spending the day in a state allotted to them. <br/><br/>The party has given top priority to Uttar Pradesh, which goes to assembly polls early next year, with several of its Rajya Sabha members including Union Ministers Arun Jaitley, Smriti Irani, Suresh Prabhu and Manohar<br/>Parrikar likely to spend the day in the state. BJP Chief Amit Shah is also likely to be in UP. <br/><br/>The 11-day Gram Uday se Bharat Uday Abhiyan will kick off on B R Ambedkar's birth anniversary tomorrow with Mr. Modi addressing a meeting in Mhow, the birth place of Babasaheb. Mr. Sharma said the BJP office-bearers will also be spending that day in either the state they come from or the state where they are working for the party.
