The BJP has asked the government to bring the motion for the formation of a joint parliamentary committee on February 22 Speaking to reporters in New Delhi today, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj also said her party will not boycott the Presidential address to both Houses of Parliament a day earlier, when the Budget Session begins.
