BJP on Wednesday said that prolonging a decision on creation of Telangana state is not in the interest of good governance. Party spokesman Prakash Javadekar said in New Delhi that the BJP on Wednesday asked the Centre to implement its assurance to initiate process for the creation of the new state in a time-bound manner. He said the situation in Andhra Pradesh is bad and the administration has come to a standstill. To a question, if there should be a Second Reorganisation Commission to go into the issue of Telangana, Mr Javadekar said there was no need for such a panel and the political parties had rejected it.<br/>
