In Uttar Pradesh the Bharatiya Janata Party has announced it's nine nominees on Monday for the coming biennial polls to State Legislative Council.<br/><br/>AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that biennial polls for 36 seats from the local bodies constituencies is being held in next month. The ruling Bahujan Samaj Party has already declared its candidates for most of the seats while the main opposition Samajwadi party has also announced the names of candidates for 28 seats.<br/><br/>The congress is far behind in announcing its nominees for Legislative Council elections.<br/><br/>
