BJP today announced the name of Dorjee Tshering Lepcha as the party candidate for the Biennial Rajya Sabha election from Sikkim. The election will be held on the 19th of this month. Sitting Rajya Sabha member from Sikkim Hishey Lachungpa is completing his term next month.<br />
