BJP and Shiv Sena spar over alliance issue

BJP and Shiv Sena spar over alliance issue in the upcoming Maharashtra assembly election. BJP has taken a decision not to attack Shiv Sena directly; but, on the other hand Shiv Sena decided to scale up their attack against the party in each and every rally.

Rejecting post poll alliances with Shiv Sena, Prime Minister Narendra Modi clearly dismissed the possibility. Addressing a rally in Mumbai Mr Modi said government in Delhi cannot work with someone who shut the door on the party. Promising to make Mumbai slum free by 2022 Mr. Modi said it is unfortunate that some people collecting extortion money but they never deliver the results. He said Mumbaikars cannot be left vulnerable any more.

On the other hand Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackerey said that BJP does not have leaders in Maharashtra and that is why it has called Narendra Modi to campaign. He has also accused the BJP for betraying Shiv Sena and breaking alliances.
