In Maharashtra BJP and Shiv Sena have indicated the reunion for coalition government and the actual government formation process is set to start early next week.
With Shiv Sena clearly stating that next Chief Minister of Maharshtra will be from Bhartiy Janata Party the chances of BJP-Shiv Sena coalition government have brightened further. It is assumed that which party will get Chief Ministerial post was one of the reasons behind breaking pre-poll alliance between BJP and Shiv sena. Shiv Sena leader Anil Desai has said that official talks will begin after Diwali between BJP and Shiv Sena on government formation. Meanwhile, according to sources BJP is preparing to hold its legislature party meeting on Monday or Tuesday to decide its leader. After electing leader BJP will formally approach Governor with claim to form government. If all goes well as planned, Maharshtra will see BJP’s first Chief Minister before the month end.
