<span style="color: #222222;">BJP has alleged that law and order in Kolkata has completely collapsed. Briefing media in New Delhi today, party spokesperson Syed Zafar Islam said, West Bengal government is trying to suppress the peaceful march against corruption, carried out by the BJP workers. He said, the country is run by constitution not by dictatorship.</span><br />
