BJP accuses Kejriwal of protecting corrupt officials, party leaders

BJP today accused Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of protecting corrupt officials and party leaders. The party said Mr. Kejriwal raked up alleged irregularities in DDCA to divert the attention from his government's failure and CBI raid against his Principal Secretary Rajendra Kumar.<br/><br/>Briefing reporters in New Delhi, party Secretary Shrikant Sharma lashed out at Mr. Kejriwal for his remarks that he has no regret over his derogatory remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He alleged Mr. Kejriwal uses foul language against his rivals to seek media attention. He said during the UPA rule a committee had found nothing wrong against Mr. Jaitley in DDCA case and even in Aam Aadmi Party government's report there is no mention of Finance Minister. <br/><br/>On the reported rise in crime in Bihar, the BJP leader alleged that state Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is only concerned about his chair. Mr. Sharma said ever since JD(U)-RJD – Congress combine came to power, law and order has become a casualty.
