BJP on Monday accused the Congress of misleading the country over political crisis in Arunachal Pradesh and termed it as the result of Congress's internal conflict. <br/> <br/>Talking to reporters in New Delhi, party spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi defended the Centre's move to recommend President's rule in the state. <br/><br/>He said Congress has no answer on Constitutional, moral and political grounds over the issue, as a government cannot remain in office if it does not call for a session of the House within six months of the last session. <br/><br/>Citing Constitutional provisions, Mr. Trivedi said the Nabam Tuki government should have convened the assembly session by 21st January which it did not because it had lost majority.<br/><br/>He said Congress MLAs revolted because of family matter and corruption charges against the government. <br/><br/>Asked about President Pranab Mukherjee's meeting with Home Minister Rajnath Singh over the issue of President's Rule, he said Rashtrapati Bhavan will take a decision in its wisdom.
