The BJP has accused the Nitish Kumar led Bihar government of failing to present the case in a proper manner which resulted in the release of RJD strongman Mohammad Shahabuddin from Bhagalpur Jail on bail. <br/><br/>Briefing reporters in New Delhi, party spokesman, Shahnawaz Hussain alleged that the State government made all out efforts to secure the release of Shahabuddin rather than standing with the victims. <br/><br/>He said, the state government also did not engage any top lawyers to oppose Shahabuddin's bail. <br/><br/>Mr Hussain also alleged that Bihar government has failed to control crime and reign in criminals in the state.
