Haryana Janhit Congress chief Kuldeep Bisnoi said that he will approach High Court for issuing directives to Assembly speaker for taking expeditious decision in case of defection of five HJC MLA`S to the congress. He alleged that speaker Harmohinder Singh Chatha has been delaying the decision on his petition. Speaker H S Chatha said that The MLA`S had not replied to the notices issued to them and he has issued fresh notices to them asking to file their reply with in three weeks. He said that if reply is not filed in time, he will take action against them.
