<span style="color: #222222;">The leaders of the BIMSTEC Member States have arrived in New Delhi to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Prime Minister Narendra Modi this evening at Rashtrapati Bhawan.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">India has invited the BIMSTEC leaders keeping in view the government's focus on its Neighbourhood First policy. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">President of Sri Lanka Maithripala Sirisena, President of Myanmar, U Win Myint and President of Bangladesh, Md. Abdul Hamid reached the capital to grace the oath-taking ceremony. Prime Minister of Bhutan, &nbsp;Dr Lotay Tshering and Prime Minister of Nepal, K P Sharma Oli, also joined the other BIMSTEC leaders.&nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' Besides, Special Envoy of Thailand, Grisada Boonrach and President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sooronbay Jeenbekov also arrived to witness the ceremony. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Jeenbekov is attending the oath-taking ceremony in his capacity as the current Chair of the SCO. Prime Minister of Mauritius, Pravind Jugnauth also arrives in India for the ceremony. Prime Minister Jugnauth had recently visited India in January as the Chief Guest at Pravasi Bharatiya Divas.</span><br />
