He said that the charter will help the BIMSTEC forum become a dynamic, effective and productive regional organisation through meaningful cooperation between the member countries.&nbsp;<br />''<br />''Heads of State will join the BIMSTEC summit virtually on March 30. However, Bangladesh Foreign Minister, Foreign Secretary and representatives from the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's office will be physically travelling to Colombo to take part in the deliberation.<br />''The BIMSTEC Master plan for transport connectivity is also expected to be adopted during the summit meeting. <br />''<br />''State Foreign Minister Shahriyar Alam said that the Master plan for transport connectivity is not an agreement but a vision for the region's leaders. The much awaited Master Plan will provide impetus to the implementation of the multimodal connectivity projects for regional integration. The State Minister for Foreign Affairs expressed the hope that the day is not far when people can go to Thailand from Bangladesh by road.<br />''<br />''The Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) is a regional organisation.
