A Constitutional Amendment Bill proposing to raise the retirement age of High Court Judges from 62 to 65 years was introduced in the Lok Sabha today. The bill, introduced by the Law and Justice Minister, Dr. M. Veerappa Moily, will help in clearing the pendency of cases in High Courts.
